Trackwork installation now halfway complete
LRT-1 private operator Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) performs non-stop works for the Phase 1 of the 11.7 km LRT-1 Cavite Extension Project. The 73% overall progress rate as of end August 2022 covers the ongoing electromechanical works such as the laying of rails and installation of the electrical system, as well as the construction of the additional five new LRT-1 stations for Phase 1: Redemptorist, MIA, PITX Asia World, Ninoy Aquino, and Dr. Santos.
